Tres Chivos Farmhouse
Our home is within five miles of downtown Grand Junction where there is just about everything you would need. This is a one bedroom, one huge bathroom home with a full shower and an amazing Jacuzzi tub, a full Kitchen with everything you would need to make a feast or just microwave lunch. The bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The T.V. is internet based and WiFi is free. The couch folds out into a queenl size bed. There is also a washer and dryer and game room too!

This is farmhouse in on our five acre real working hobby farm. We have horses, goats and geese. We also grow grass hay. The entire property is fenced in for your pup.
We have a small forested area for a super short hike or to play with the goats or just hang out by the stream. This is a farm. We do farm things like work hay and horses. The farm experience is different everyday. Kids love it here, they can pet the goats, sheep, geese, and horses. We would love for you to visit Tres Chivos Farmhouse!

Home away from home
Being as my husband is a farmer, this place was absolutely perfect for us! The owner gave us the low down on the horses, the geese, the goats, the sheep. Our daughter even got to milk a goat! The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO, but be warned, I like firm mattresses. The parking is extremely ample, so if you have multiple cars or need to bring a toy hauler, this is the spot! Owner was extremely friendly and chatty…felt us out to make sure we were chatty too. He would definitely respect quiet types that keep to themselves. It was wonderful waking up and looking out onto a farm field yet be so close to all of the amenities of town while on holiday. We will be back very soon!

Close-in Country Gem
This was our second stay and was as enjoyable as the first. It’s just a perfect rural enclave for the 2 of us and our dogs while here for medical treatment. This is a handicap accessible property too, so it ticked all the boxes for our pleasant stay. Bonus that the owners are next door and so immediately reachable, but at the same time they totally respect guest privacy!

Lovely stay at Tres Chivos! Great communication, very clean and property was as good as described/pictured. Nicely equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Fun times in Grand Junction (beautiful hiking, Escape Room and dinner at Peche' in Palisade.) Thank you for a great time!

I am from out-of-town and in a wheelchair for the time being. We traveled here for medical treatment and this was a great set-up with a homey, country feel! It was very easy to independently move about in my chair; maybe the best part was that the property is dog-friendly too…and ours loved this place! It’s part of an in-town yet private 5-acre hobby farm and was wonderful in all the ways that matter to us! Response time communicating with our friendly host was incredibly fast. We’ve already booked another stay for my next doctor visit!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!
Wonderful place to stay. This is our third time here, and it's always a great time. The hosts make us feel welcome and are available if needed. We were able to bring our grandkids over to visit us -- we all loved seeing the horses and goats. We were there for Christmas this year, and Dave even put up a Christmas tree for us! We highly recommend this place and will come here whenever we are in Grand Junction.
