It was a really nice hotel. However when i checked in my reservation was for the King Suite with jacuzzi tub the room they had us in was just a king suite. No jajacuzzi! Very disappointed. Never received a credit from Travelocity. Ended up switching to 2 queeen beds.

This was a quick last minute grandma granddaughter(3) outing. Our stay was very relaxing. Check in was quick, easy and clean. The elevator could of used a good cleaning. We went down for breakfast at 8am. I was able to scrape enough sausage gravy from the crock pot for my biscuit...people that came in after asked for more gravy and it was wheeled out on a utility cart in a open bowl with nothing to keep it warm.

DO NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST
The bed was horrible. Needs new mattress not just a pillow topper slapped on. Room could’ve been cleaner like actually vacuum the room. Breakfast was disgusting. Do NOT eat the sausage. Just gross. No plain water to drink. Staff is nice. But no I wouldn’t stay here again. Sad too we’ve stayed here few times before and this was the worst stay.

When I arrived late in the evening, my room was not cleaned from the previous person. It was a huge turn off to the place. The front desk person didn't apologize, just told me that the room showed it was cleaned that day. He did move me to another room. It was clean, but the 4 pillows on the bed were 12x12" square pillows. I had to pile them together to make one pillow. Not a great experience.

Excellent hotel! Highly recommend! I stayed here for almost a month over the holidays and I was quite impressed ... Always clean and maintained ... Staff were friendly and attentive ... Excellent breakfast buffet! They were always accommodating!

The room was decent and somewhat clean, but the bed was awful. It was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The breakfast had a good variety, but the food was lukewarm. Most likely will not stay here again. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
