Cleanliness was good and staff had masks on, but most guests were not wearing masks. Unfortunately our room was surrounded by a young boys baseball or some other sports team. Lots of kids slamming doors, shouting and playing in the halls made our room very vulnerable to loud kids until after 11:00. Plus walls and doors seemed to be paper thin so that did not help. Once all the kids and parents went to sleep, then we were also able to sleep.

Dated looking room. Tv remote was not fully opperational. Beds were in need of new mattresses, the breakfast was horrible (rubbery eggs, burnt & cold bacon.

Nice Motel in Grand Rapids

Our experience at the motel was overall quite positive, however on the evenings of 12/30 and 12/31, the guest next door in room 135 was very disruptive and exhibited a total disregard to the quite comfort of other guests within the motel. Young people were running in the halls, banging doors, and bouncing off the walls, as if they were left alone without any adult supervision. I suggested that housekeeping check the room for damage. We reported the incident to the front desk the next morning and they indicated they would follow-up with the party that stayed in the room. Overall the staff of the motel was very accommodating and friendly. The guest in room 135 made our stay unpleasant for two evenings.

Nice place but needs improvement.

I was not impressed with breakfast, staff did not seem to be keeping track of food items running out. my shower both days was only lukewarm, didn’t get any hotter. I found hair on the bathroom sink.
