Bedspread/blankets has 15-20 burn holes and stains all over. Missing dresser drawer. Good in dresser drawer. Horrible smell. Bathroom ceiling literally caving in. Filthy carpet. I have a photo of bedspread. We check out as soon as we looked into the room.

Our room was very old and bathroom was quite stained and felt dirty. It was also a non-smoking room which smelled strongly of smoke. If I were you, I’d not allow this motel to represent my company.

Very dirty, unsafe environment, beds were a wreck. You would not stay there on a dare. Manager would not let us just take the room. We had to go check it out first. She told me she did not think we would want to stay there! She gave us a cancellation document so we could get our money back.

My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews before reserving a room. I made reservations for one night based on the photos of the property online and location to the airport. Once I arrived, I was notified that the property was under renovation. I was asked to inspect the room before staying. Dirty carpet, black mold/mildew on the ceilings/bed cover with cigarette holes. Mildew showers/dirty tub. I asked for a different room that was mildly better. Unfortunately, I was unable to find another hotel that wouldn’t charge me a lot so I stayed the night. I went to Walmart to buy bed covering because I didn’t trust the hotel sheets. I do think it’s an unethical to post beautiful photos of the rooms online and wait to the customer arrives to notify them that the hotel is under renovation due to its unlivable conditions. Remove misleading photos from your website. Greatly disappointed.

Absolutely horrible! Stay away! Don't be fooled by fake, computer generated pictures. I just wanted a cheap place to lay my head for a night, but I wasn't expecting this. First, the lady at the desk asked ME to go check the room out to make sure it was good because they're renovating. The elevator was out, so on my trip up the stairs to the 3rd floor I noticed the stairs and railings are all rusted. There was garbage bags of garbage on the stair landing of the 2nd floor. Whatever. Got to my room and the door was already open. Ok. Room looked ok for a cheap hotel, everything was there, toilet and sink worked and was clean. Cool. Go back to tell her it was good and had to wait for her to finish her cigarette and personal phone call. Then had to wait almost 10 minutes for her to check me in. Get the family upstairs and I flop down on the cheap hotel bed. After swatting away flys for a minute I realize that my arm feels wet, at first i thought it was just the damp muggieness of Gulf Coast Mississippi. I get up and pull back the comforter and sheet and in the dimly lit, two lamp room, I see a huge wet spot in the middle of the bed. It smelled like "body fluid". Nope. Out. Packed up the family and left. My shortest stay ever at a hotel room. About 5 minutes.

This property was absolutely filthy!!! The rooms were literally dirty, the toilet had some tissue and a bodily fluid in it, and the whole place reeked of pot!! Would not let my worst enemy spend the night in this place!!
