From check in to check out the staff was very friendly and place as well as the room was clean and well keep plus a pleasant smell throughout the hotel but not an overpowering smell, it is a clean and nice place to stay.

Amazingly clean and well run for a budget motel. Strong Wifi too. 2 downsides noted around property. Truck route & fairly busy rail line nearby. Since I live near a highway, I wasn't bothered by the noise. Someone expecting a quiet location may be less satisfied.

I consider this a home away from home. Rooms are always spotless. DirecTV & big tvs. No hassle check in. Great hot breakfast
