Photo showed corner jetted tub for two in room when I did my initial search. I paid extra to get a suite when we got here it was a standard tub in bathroom with jets for 1 person. Your photo is misleading. Unfortunately since I booked through 3rd party I got a room that was super expensive but barely better than a standard hotel room.

Thank you kindly for your online response. Our pool is heated to 82 degrees during the winter months. We did have a filter issue on the heater earlier but since has been replaced. We look forward in seeing you again real soon.

Front staff was great. I think the clerk was Nate, he was excellent.! Close to interstate. I looked around at other Morganton NC hotels while I was in the area and the Comfort Inn was the cleanest and appeared the best for the price. Multiple night customer.

We booked this hotel only because it had an indoor heated pool. There were other nicer hotels to choose from. On arrival we found out the pool was out of order and might be fixed the next day. Asked again the next day and someone "should" be coming out to fix it. Minor issue with sand in the filters. My 4yr old is the only reason we wanted the pool. It was hard to explain to him that the pool wouldn't be fixed.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future. Our pool has a salt filter and a rip was found in the filter, causing too much salt to be put in the pool. We closed the pool on Friday afternoon for the safety of the guests and until our pool repair tech could come and repair the filter.This was beyond our control and we were putting the guest's safety in our decision not to open the pool. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
