The hotel was filthy! I wish I could upload pictures. Floors were sticky, trash overflowing, carpets weren’t vacuumed for the three days I was there. Same bag of chips all over the hall way for three days. Checked me into a room that was not sealed. I go in and bed had been used. I asked for a new room. Was told there were no rooms. Finally after an hour (in a completely packed lobby, no masks, no distancing) I was given another room. At 8 am the next morning a strange man entered my room with a key. I was told only one person was working that night and they didn’t know I was checked into the room. One person working on a sold out weekend. Next day I asked for towels, was told there were no towels. I was told they would bring the towels up to my room, they never did. Upon returning to my room at 10:00pm I asked for towels, still no towels. I was told only one housekeeper was working today, again one housekeeper on a sold out weekend! This was by far the worst service and hotel experience I’ve ever had! Do not stay there!

Do not stay here. If you have family please stay somewhere else!!! Room smelled awful. Not to mention penetrated with cigarette and pot (skunk) smell. The office starf doesn’t acknowledge you arrived and speak very little English. They argued with each other while we were checking in. Worst place i have stayed.
