First room they gave us was dirty, towels on floor, trash everywhere and blankets where off the bed. The staff was really friendly and fixed it right away by moving us to a new room. The hotel itself is kind of run down. The room to have a fresh coat of paint and new decor but the carpet is really worn and dirty all through the hotel.

They use an outside shuttle service to airport. I was with party of 3 with luggage. Original shuttle was way too small. They contacted another shuttle service to meet our needs. No problem, but check. Staff was nice, friendly and very helpful.

The only problem I had was someone kept knowing on the door waking me. Desk morning and night was very friendly and a good breakfast morning of check out

The whole property needs to be updated. It looks pretty shabby. The TV is of very poor quality, we had to get the front deck to come and reprogram it for us, and then it was hard to use. The picture quality was awful.

Convenient location, fair value. Had to track down some conditioner from front desk, coffee pot was dirty, had old pod from previous guest, and not restocked. Irritating to run down amenities but overall a clean, comfortable place to stay.

The floors were dirty, the breakfast was mainly gluten and prepackaged foods, the door to the bathroom opened into the person using the sink. It was in need of a lot of updates and the price was higher than any other place we stayed on our road trip. Disappointing.
