Floor in room was visibly not swept or mopped. Everything else was clean included bed and bathroom. Lighting was terrible and made the room feel dingy. Not a bad room for just a one night stay.

Terrible customer service, broken toilet, dirty.
This hotel has gone downhill. The toilet was not stable when sitting on it and it backed up every time it was flushed, then completely drained to the point of having no water in it whatsoever. I complained to the front desk and was told they didn't have a plunger and was offered no assistance in the matter. I literally had to pee in the bathtub!!! The tv was stuck on nickelodeon my entire stay. The remote worked but the channel would not change. When i tried the buttons on the tv, I got an error message. The microwave didn't work, there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door and bottle caps and other garbage near the bed. I was told there were no other rooms available, which i do not believe based on the emptiness of the parking lot. I have stayed here numerous times but never will again!

Hotel was in a nice area easily accessible from the Interstate, unfortunately the indoor pool was not available because of a maintenance issue with the heater and circulation pumps. I was really looking forward to a nice swim. I purposely chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Room was very nice and clean and spacious.
