Breakfast was VERY good. Place was very clean. The problem was no water in the pool which apparently broke in January. I specifically picked this hotel as it was advertised as having a nice pool which my daughter and I were looking forward to using…very disappointed that wasn’t stated on the website!

We had to depart a day early due to a family emergency. The hotel staff was very gracious and accommodating. The follow up by manager, Alice, was extremely kind.

Wish I could give 10 stars. I book often off of travelocity and this hotel is one of the best surprises. Room was huge, immaculate and newly renovated. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Great shower. We arrived a few minutes before check-in, exhausted from finishing up a missions trip. Staff was super gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend.

NOT sure we will be returning again! From the moment we arrived it was one thing after another. First i find out theres no pool(which is main reason we book here) Then they preceed to charge me more for the room than what I had booked it for. When i said something, I was told thats just how it is cause "expedia" has different rates & fees than them & so they charge differently. Which made no sense as i explained to them, ive used travelocity many times & 9gonna charge you more" So im like, whatever ,ill deal with it after. The room we was in, the shower was leaking a lot & i notified them of the issue & said id deal with it but ill need xtra towels but they ended up having to move us & that rooms shower sprayed into the bathroom floor , my husband had to toghten it & adjust it just to keep it from going in floor. Which i notified them of .Then i find tiny ants crawling on me & see that there is a trail of them coming into the room from the hallway . It was a horrible experience & all they did was deduct $25 from 8⁹my bill which they overcharged me for anyways so I really got nothing ...Oh & during breakfast we asked for cereal & was told that the roof needed fixed so they had to do away with it but once they get the roof done they'll get it back. Seriously!!! Ill be reaching out to the necessary people concerning this as well,Very Disappointing .

I like this hotel & have stayed there before. The only negative was that the room was too light at night. There were just regular blinds on yhe window & a security light outside.

The property being situated right on freeway and access to IU is good. But at the same time, the property was being very noisy. Though the quiet time mentioned starts at 9.00 pm, I could hear laughter and sounds till late into the night up to 1.00 am. Messed my sleep very bad, the AC did not work, the room ended up being very hot. Overall my stay wasn't that good.
