Bed and one pillow was hard. Travelocity reservation and price wasn’t honored resulting in my overdrafting my bank account. $100 deposit for room?!

This place has SO much potential but I will never, ever stay here again. My room reeked of cigarettes, there was blood splatter on the walls and ceiling, plenty of hair that wasn't mine, and the walls were quite thin and the fellow residents didn't respect their noise levels whatsoever. The place is still under construction, so the construction noise never bothered me as I saw that one coming. The kitchenette was cute, the coffee maker and fridge were a nice convenience, I had plenty of space to myself, and again, overall it has a ton of potential. But zero potential for my business in the future. The last thing I got to see when I left the property was a used needle. Absolutely disgusting. The only reason I stayed regardless was because it was a place to lay my head and keep my things while on my work trip. And it took an entire bottle of Febreeze to get the place to be tolerable. I hope this hotel improves with time.

I think this is the worst stay ever. And I travel a lot. Hotel wreaked of cigarettes and animals. Pretty sure it was the staff smoking heavily in the break room that filled the entire hotel with smoke smell. Bathroom door didn’t close and the sink was awful. Didn’t even bother showering. Just got up and got out.

Very dirty rooms. Toilets & tub totally filthy!!!

Pros: Front desk staff
Cons: Cleaning of rooms. Hire more workers to clean. Rooms not clean!!!! None of them.....
Location: Nice location....That's why I am so disappointed about filthy room conditions.
Lets just say that you do not want to go to this hotel or spend your money here. Room not cleaned well. Floors not mopped. Bathroom toilet could not have been more filthy!!!! Bathtub also very dirty. Had 3 rooms for 2 nights. Every room had same issues....Dirty Bathrooms!!!! Refrigerators also not cleaned properly. Doors & handles of refrigerator has not been wiped for some time. But the bathrooms....wow....really NASTY!!!!! I cancelled 2nd nighty stay. I will say that staff on duty was very nice. If rooms were properly cleaned it would be an ok place to stay for a night.

Don't go there

I'm disabled was placed on 3rd floor ...2x elevator stopped I was trapped in my room for hours ..fire dept had to rescue me called corp all they did was take "satisfaction " report...called GM of the facility can never reach him DON'T EVER GO THERE
