I don’t write reviews. I’m ending a 26 day trip across the US. I stayed at 21 hotels, this place is the best. Start to finish excellent.

Nice property. Disappointed with the service! Informed the front desk by phone and in person on the first morning of our stay that our room had not been serviced or linen/towels not changed. She said she would take care of it and inform the cleaning staff. They never showed! They had a letter on the front desk explaining that you had to request this service. This to me was a way to cover them if they failed to inform each guest. I informed the front desk upon departure that this is a standard and expected service in the history of hotel accommodations, and if they can’t get this right it won’t matter how nice the hotel. Also I never saw an assistant manager or manager. The desk staff did not seem interested in solving any issue.
