A trip or stay rarely goes according to the book, and certainly it is never perfect. And the true measure of service at a property is not merely what goes well, but sometimes it is what does not go as planned and how staff and owners react to make it right. Jordan and his family have a charming little place in Tetonia with great views and a lovely setting. They are working very hard as new owners to make a perfect place. They work very hard to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and if you need something they are happy to help. They care about their guests and I know they have big plans for the future so when you stay again it will be even better. Looking forward to staying again guys!

Nice clean room. We appreciated the no-contact check in, which allowed us to not have to make sure to check in by a certain time. Beautiful surroundings. Appeared to be renovating as the steps to the 2nd floor were a little precarious with a sign indicating they were under construction.

The chickens are a nice touch. I thought my room would have a a bathtub, but ut only had a stand up shower :(

Cute Rooms, Great Staff!

Pros: I could see us having a family reunion here. Large yard, picnic tables (it's also an RV park), horse shoe games and frisby golf in the back.
Cons: Would have been fun to have a pool, but there's so much else to do we didn't miss it.
Location: Out in the country. Area offers hikes, winter sports, horse back riding, etc. Great for outdoor types.
This hotel is being newly remodeled and the rooms are adorable. The continental breakfast is a nice offering of juice, cereal, bagels, coffee and the most impressive assortment of teas I've ever seen. Great time! Very friendly and accommodating staff. 10 minutes to Driggs, so very convenient location. Loved our stay.

Nice hotel with 2 queen beds

Pros: Comfy bed, good a/c, pets allowed.
Cons: Better breakfast bar that's restocked often, and monitoring for appliances. (perhaps a thermometer that is checked between guests).
Location: Pretty far from Jackson Hole and Yellowstone NP, but that was reflected in the price.
Nice clean hotel at a good price. Fridge wouldn't keep ice cream frozen, but they replaced it next day. Breakfast was underwhelming, with only cereal, drinks, bagels, yogurt and fruit. Kind of hard to get the kids to eat fruit loops when they run out of milk, though...no monitoring/refilling. But the beds were comfy, the a/c worked great, and they allowed my dog for an extra $10/night.

Great location - enjoyed our stay

Pros: The owners are very nice.
Location: We spent 2 days at Teton National Park - very beautiful
The owners have only had this place a year and a half or so. Very friendly. We stayed in a room but there were a lot of RVs there. Laundry facilities were helpful. We only had one issue and it wasn't the owner's fault: I found out that the carpet around the fridge was quite wet late at night in my barefeet. I left a note for the owners and they personally called us later to apologize and explain the situation. (The people before us had turned down the fridge and so it leaked before we arrived.). They had recently remodeled the rooms.
