Hotel had stains on the carpet, it smelled of mildew and mold. My room looked like it was in the middle of being renovated

Staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate. The room was clean. I believe the entire hotel is non smoking but my room had an odor that smelled like stale cigarette and there was a burn in the carpet. I guess the previous guests may not have followed the no smoking rule. Other than that I had no issues.

Danielle, thanks for the survey. We are in fact a non-smoking hotel, however as you stated we cannot say that someone from time-to-time has not broken our rules. We have the smoking fee deterrent, but some people refuse to abide. Thanks for staying with us and we look forward to your next visit!

Felt like home

I came down for the week to spend the holiday with my marine. I chose this hotel based off of pricing and location, also because it had a kitchen. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the front desk and given a packet that had details for everything for my stay. Once given our room key, we got settled in and the room was so lovely, we had a view of the fire pit in the back. The only downfall to our stay was the shower, the pressure was decent but the water would clog and take a few minutes to go down the drain. Besides that one issue, the stay overall was amazing and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in a few months. Also when checking out I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the main desk at 5:30 am, but thankfully they let my significant other check out for me, I had a flight to catch.

Nice place

King rooms have alot of light coming in through 2 windows. Staff was great moved me rate away, will be Returning.
