I do apologize deeply that the room you were assigned didn't have a mirror to your liking, we will be able to address same if i am told the Room that you had occupied. In response to the $35 it is Hotel's Policy to charge our Early Arrival Guest's a fee of usd $35.00 as our standard check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is mid day the following day.
