I loved the swimming pool. It was so nice being in room 318. I hate that I couldn't take the hotel bed with me. I slept like a baby. I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends and we will be coming back for sure.

Worse night ever at a hotel. I’m room phone didn’t work, even with 4 WiFi networks NEVER could connect (said no internet connection) , water wouldn’t drain in sink so kept turning off to brush teeth, and then the facet fell of the wall in shower and water coming out like a fire hydrant flooding the bathroom. Since the phone didn’t work (which I told them about the nite before) I had to run downstairs since on 2nd floor to tell front desk clerk to turn off water to room because water coming out of wall. Front desk clerk gets in elevator with me and two young people come into elevator with her with no face mask on. When I tell them it is mandatory to have face mask on right now they just looked at me. When I went to leave I told them I have have had 6 friends and family die of Covid and that not only does it say on the door mask are required it is illegal for them to not be wearing them, and the young man who worked there laughed right at me. I will be asking for a refund and run , not walk away from these people.

Takes to long to get coffee in the mourning.Coffee was not avalavble when went down to breakfast.

Pros: Good locations, friendly staff
Cons: Room maintenance and a variety of TV Channels
Location: Close to Surfside Beach and plenty of good restaurants within 5 minutes
Staff was nice, breakfast ok, but several lights in the room were not working and the TV channels were limited to QVC related stations, ION, Disney, and HBO Family. No local stations, no news stations, NO WEATHER.

Right off the highway

Rooms substandard...no smoke detectors..lights with no bulbs and no covers on them...BUGS.... light switches flickered and sparked in bathroom..........construction going on in room next to us...had Do not disturb sign out but still had construction work next door. Smell was like old building and furniture had handles missing... Truthfully if not for the fact we were there to see our son we had not seen in over a year we would have just drove six hours back home..
