"Terry the manager was very friendly and helpful. Loved the tiki bar and pool area. Enjoyed the karaoke. Had a band the 2nd night we were there but did not get back in from dance festival to hear them but thought that was a nice touch. Only small complaint was that the coffee station could have been a little better stocked . Was not enough water for the keuric at one point. Would stay here again and would recommend it"

"As soon as we arrived, I knew that I would actually review this property (I always plan on doing this, but hardly ever get round to it). I just really want to tell people how absolutely magical this little place is - honestly, the pictures do NOT do it justice (even though the pictures are very nice, or else I wouldn't have booked it!). I felt so at home right away and honestly didn't want to leave! We spent most of our waking hours out on the screened in porch, where you basically face a wall of green - I could have spent several days there without ever leaving the place! But the location is too good to not go places - you can literally walk everywhere, Chimney Rock State Park, Chimney Rock restaurants, even to lake Lure - we didn't move the car the entire three days!! Oh and speaking of cars, there is a designated parking spot that comes with it (and trust me, you want taht in Chimney Rock, that place gets very busy and doesn't offer a lot of parking!!). So, stock up on food and drink so you do'nt have to drive anywhere while you're there and do yourselves a favor and book this little piece of heaven!! Oh, and also, last but not least - the owner is extremely responsive and a joy to work with!!! a 10/10 experience for us (and I do'nt say that lightly :) )"
