I've been here before and I'll return again! Due to pandemic precautions, the kitchenette wasn't stocked with dishes, but was easy to request and get. Comfy mattresses, roomy bathroom, and convenient drive to the many places I/we visited in Laredo. I highly recommend.

I DID NOT get to stay here at the hotel I booked my reservation was CANCLED by hotel 2 hours before I was going to check-in....Travelocity offered to get me a room at another hotel and would pay the price difference...They could NOT get me a room and I was forced to find a room on my own.

I liked that it is conveniently near the highway, but is in a quiet neighborhood near medical offices. The room was large enough for 3 adults and 1 dog, for which they made accommodations, and had a roll away bed ready when I asked for it before arrival. They accommodated late checkout (for a $10/hr fee). They had good coffee and quick breakfast available in the morning. My party and I had a lovely time staying there.

Bad experience

We book a room at 10 and we got there at 11pm checking I was coming down from San Antonio. I was tired just wanted to get in my room and rest when I notice there was no shower top and they left the cleaning lady all night for people to check in and she tells you that your not going to be able to access wifi cuz she can use the system she had in paper so went down ask to change room which she kindly did but I don't even know if they even cleaned the room like they need to found some food in fridge. Never again
