The hotel counter staff was rude. Nobody could answer any of our questions. The elevators didn’t work half of the time. Was almost impossible to get a drink while dumping money in the slot machines. I was not impressed with this hotel. I stayed here when it was Ballys but didn’t have any complaints then.

Brenda was great when we checked in. We “thought” we reserved a room with a king bed but there was not a room available when we checked in. We had to move the next day. The windows did not keep out the road noise! The view of the sphere was nice but the street noise level was very loud and made sleeping difficult.
