Room and whole building stunk. Had to buy air fresher and it still stunk. Room looked dirty. They need to update.

The sheets on two beds were not cleaned for us. When we arrived to our room the first night there was dirt and hair in the bed. It was disgusting and made everything suspect. The staff lady was amazing and tried so hard to fix it. Then the vending machine stole our money. She got our money back and delivered us new water bottles. Poor lady. She was running all over as the only employee. She works hard but was setup to fail by her co-workers in house keeping

Bed was clean (my pet peave), comfortable and the room was comfortable. Staff was friendly untill we had breakfast. The young brunette lady was just lazy and didnt upkeep the breakfast area. When I asked if there was more sausage coming (8:12am) she replied she was making more. She then took the crock pot with gravy in it and said she would add some to that as well..... She never did and we sat there for almost 20 min and she didnt come back. Came back out at 9am and still nothing..... I was ticked about that because it was just ridiculous and lazy.
