Bed Bugs Bed Bugs galore!!! I asked for a refund. They gave me a cancellation number and told me that you guys would credit. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

This is a sad, worn hotel. The common areas are truly filthy. Floors/carpet literally encrusted with dirt. Woodwork with terribly chipped paint. One-inch wide grimy caulk around tup/shower. Could hardly bear to use the bathroom as it just wasn't clean! Only positive was the just-averge self-serve breakfast. Won't stay in another Best Western again!

Front desk checked me efficiently and when I asked if for a toothbrush and comb, the clerk was friendly and provided them happily.
