It was fine except for the thin walls! I really didn't appreciate listening to the TV in the room next door, which was loud and probably on until 1:00 am. We went to bed at 11:00 pm and had to get up early. Just for this reason, if other Best Westerns have thin walls, I would not stay at one again.

The noise level between rooms can definitely be challenging and that is why ear plugs and a white noise machine is available upon requests. Noisy, old heating system, broken shelves

We stayed New Year’s Eve, first floor right around the corner from the lobby. Other guests seemed to be having a very loud party in the hallway/pool area until the early hours of the morning, and the staff did not ask them to remain quiet. The bathroom shelves were literally falling off. There were no extra blankets in the room. The heating system must be very old, as this small room did not maintain a constant temperature. And there were no tissues anywhere in the room. I don’t think I will stay here again, even though it is my hometown and I know we have other family events coming up. Breakfast buffet was excellent, a bright spot in an otherwise dismal stay.
