The room smelled bad. Found a dog treat beside one of the beds. The shower didn’t drain well. Complaint but the water not draining 3 times. The issue never got resolved.

Overall clean to a point. The vending machines were either broken or didn’t work. Some sketchy people in the parking lot smoking whatever. Hotel itself is clean to a point. Dog drool all over elevators. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels. I gave it a 4/5.

limited internet more like dialup was 20 years ago. The face of the thermostat is broken you need pliers to turn it up. My room was right across from the ice machine and staff laundry room, area is very noisy. I am not impressed I will not be back.

Surprised they dont provide in room coffee or any toiletries or hair dryer. Room has a partial view of the water. That was nice. Easy walk to the beach with a Starbucks half block away. Hate the parking light lights illuminating my room all night.

Functional and Pet Friendly
We needed a pet friendly hotel for our trip, and this was the only one I could find with open rooms. The rooms are not fancy but they are functional and ours was clean. Beds are comfortable, and the shower had nice, hot water and good water pressure. The customer service was excellent, both desk clerks we had experiences with were very friendly and kind.

The property and common areas could use some TLC and updates, however, the room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for just one night after a concert at the casino so it was perfect for our needs. We had an issue with another guest parking into our spot, causing some issues l, but the General Manager did all she was able and even followed up with us after to ensure everything was okay. She went over and beyond and the customer service was always top-notch during our stay even before the incident.
