Owner/manager super friendly. Extra nice new decor fresh clean. No old stale smokers room smells at all. Comfy bed Close to an excellent breakfast place called MaMosas old downtown/river area Safeway was directly across the street for any shopping Cons were only: road noise till later in eve Train once in awhile

My expectations were low for a Knights Inn but the room was pristine. Roomy, with an extra easy chair, clean and new. Worth way more than the $89 we paid. Lost a star because there's a train track nearby but there were only two trains during our 12-hour stay.
