Too noisy both from our side and above! Floors were very creaky and noisy above with normal walking above us. Bathroom beside us very noisy. Neighbors around us got up at 3:30-4 am so we lost a lot of sleep. Never got back to sleep after being awakened with noise for 20 minutes. We were in room 319.

I enjoyed the property. I disliked that they provide breakfast vouchers if you pay for breakfast, but you can't use them before 6am and you can't use them for room service (even if you pay for the gratuity and additional fee). The check in service was horrible due to housekeeping being late, and the guy forgot he left me sitting on a chair in front of him for over an hour after my room was completed. I was the only person in the lobby for more than 30 minutes but he never checked on me or attempted to check on my room - just played on his phone and read paperwork. Overall, I was pleased and I'll stay again. I just won't do so on a work assignment where I have to be up early and out before breakfast or asleep when they're still cleaning rooms at 5pm.

Could use more chairs in the rooms. Had exc suite and no desk chair in the living room but had a desk. Also an extra chair for reading/relaxing in each room would be nice. Size of rooms was excellent.
