World’s loudest air conditioners—only 1 foot from bed! Suffocating in the room with no fresh air—window opens a crack. Great if you don’t like sleep or feeling rested.

When I got to my room at 11;15pm after working 17 hours there was a dog barking on my floor somewhere. constantly barking. I called the front desk and the lady was very apologetic and told me that she had contacted the owner if the dog. I don't know what time the dog quit barking but it was after 12:30am. I mentioned this to the front counter person the next morning and they had NO offer of apology or anything. I think if your hotel excepts pets that the pets cannot be left in the rooms unattended.

Keith, I am sorry that we were unable to quiet the dog in a timely manner. As a pet friendly hotel we do require the owner to sign a pet policy form which clearly states the pet is not to be left unattended in the room at any time. Most of our guests that travel with their pets are responsible and courteous to the surrounding rooms, but unfortunately some are not. I am glad we were able to track the guest down by phone to have them return to the hotel to attend to their dog, I apologize that it took so long. Thank you for your feedback, we look forward to your next stay in Lincoln.

Pros: The suites a fully equipped, stylish and clean. Breakfast was good too!
This motel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
