This is the second time we have stayed at The Barrio Alto Hotel. The location is great . We had an issue with our first room. Rachel the customer service representative for the hotel took care of us and moved us to a different room which was perfect. The included breakrast is wonderful and the view from the terrace is beautiful.

This is a classic European hotel with incredible service. It sits on a vibrant, if busy, city square. That can make it a little noisier than ideal but there are a lot of shops and bars within easy walking distance. They made to order breakfast was some of the best food we had in Lisbon. Love this place.
