One elevator is broken and the other one sounds like it could break any minute. Bathroom has broken light fixtures, hotel bn maintenance seems non existent. The hotel was overbooked and they sent 2 families in our group out on the street. These families paid for their rooms and had confirmation numbers. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort in again. This 140$ room was very overpriced.

The name on the hotell was difrent then the name we booked under so that was kind of confusing but the hotell loby was beautiful and the room was clean the elevator was kind of sketchy but other then that it was very nice

They gave away my room even after I called and confirmed that I could do a late checkin. There was a line of people who had the same thing happen. People were given keys and going to rooms that were occupied already. Still waiting for the back and forth between the total and Travelocity to get my refund. I was told to check my email in 2 weeks. But how could I be charged if they gave away my room? Vexed.

I like the location for conventioneer. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like the full breakfast offered. It would be excellent if the carpet and hallway does not have the stale smell.
