Don't stay here! Worst hotel experience ever. Our room had a light fixture without a cover, the couch was torn and nailed back together, the curtain rod was hanging off the wall, the room was dirty, the shower curtain was dirty, and one of the lamp covers was melted/burned. I went back downstairs immediately and the desk clerk just said she'd let the manager know on Monday. Didn't offer us another room and when I asked said there weren't any other rooms available. There was no water in our room for 4 hours on Sunday, so no shower, and when my husband went to the front desk he was told it would be fixed immediately, no problem. When he asked again an hour later, it was the same promise. We checked out that afternoon even though we weren't flying out until the next day. I contacted Travelocity, they tried to call the hotel and nobody would answer. I called the hotel's help line and even though they took my email address and phone number, I never heard from them. Asked for the manager at the front desk when we checked out and was told their was no manager on duty on Sunday. The manager would be in the next day, Monday, and he would contact me. I never heard from him. Travelocity gave us a credit on my account which was nice of them.

Well the first day to the end was horrible. we had to change my room because we was on the 2nd fl and they were doing construction no numbers on the rooms we couldn't find. in the room under the bathroom sink 2 big holes, the phone didn't work, remote didn't work for the tv and to top it off the sheets was stain with something red. The other room had BEDBUGS I wish I could send a picture we took pictures of everything. Also their grab and go breakfast had expires sandwiches from 2009, 2011 and 2013. It was horrible the whole hotel smelled of weed you teenage boys hangingout there. The General manager was never there the staff come dress anyway they please we didn't know who really worked there. We didn't see anyone cleaning, we are in a pandemic situation and the hotel should be clean at all times. This hotel should be investigated and shut down. I am requesting a full refund. My stay was 12/28-12/31 if you need anything else my email is neckia4u@yahoo.com

From the moment I checked there was various issues The steps aren’t tiled ,chipped, etc ,expired food for the grab and go breakfast, no adequate management staff young female employees are left in charged of serious issues that should be addressed by the manger who shows up whenever he chooses. The smell of weed in the building, young men and undesirables walking in and out. The building is under construction and it’s a health issue I have asthma and was placed on the second floor where the construction was taking place, chipped paint, the paper the workers were using wasn’t secure on the floor , the numbers on that floor are missing.Now the rooms , my friends room had two large holes underneath the sink, no toilet tissue, sheets torn, she found red stains on her sheets and then we were moved to another floor to find more issues the discovery of bed bugs was found in my room crawling on the sheets I have video footage of this and the floor also. I demand a full refund this establishment needs to be closed!

One elevator is broken and the other one sounds like it could break any minute. Bathroom has broken light fixtures, hotel bn maintenance seems non existent. The hotel was overbooked and they sent 2 families in our group out on the street. These families paid for their rooms and had confirmation numbers. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort in again. This 140$ room was very overpriced.

The name on the hotell was difrent then the name we booked under so that was kind of confusing but the hotell loby was beautiful and the room was clean the elevator was kind of sketchy but other then that it was very nice

They gave away my room even after I called and confirmed that I could do a late checkin. There was a line of people who had the same thing happen. People were given keys and going to rooms that were occupied already. Still waiting for the back and forth between the total and Travelocity to get my refund. I was told to check my email in 2 weeks. But how could I be charged if they gave away my room? Vexed.
