Over all entering the hotel it was very nice the view from the elevator makes it even better. Once we got to the room it was nice I do feel that it wasn’t as clean as it could have been but it was ok……. The beds were on the smaller side but the main down side was that the pillows were horrible and there was no comforter on the be just sheets and and a thin blanket but I did enjoy my stay

It’s a beautifully designed hotel but the rooms, main areas, elevators and etc. seemed like they could use a deep cleaning as well as upgrades. The breakfast was good at their restaurant but service was slow. Staff in all areas were very kind and helpful.

Everyone was very friendly, property was extremely clean. Their are dining options on site including a Starbucks. It's right across from the harbo, easy walking distance to M&T stadium and Camden Yards. Would definitely stay here again the next time I travel to B-more.

I was given a room without a shower. At 11:30 PM after a huge NFL playoff game not one bar or restaurant was open in the hotel; I could not even get a can of soda in the hotel and it was in a sketchy area and didn't want to walk around. The staff was extremely nice but I would never stay at the hotel again. I felt like I was staying at a convention center and not a hotel.
