Great location, one block from the middle of the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Very friendly staff. We had a queen room, which was reasonably roomy. Only one chair, though. In the future I would try to get a room with a view of the Inner Harbor. We were on the 14th floor, and had a great view of--rooftops. The elevator does, however, have a good view of the Inner Harbor. If you plan to eat at the breakfast buffet, you will definitely want to prepay. It will set you back $26 per person, versus $15 per person if prepaid. My only quibble was the fitness room. There were 4 treadmills, only one of which worked.

Great location across the street from Inner Harbor and easy access to that part of Baltimore. Going up elevators requires room key (security feature). Bed very cushiony, no support at all. I had to make a pallet on the floor using my pillows. Room service very prompt and food well prepared.
