The property was terrible... The hotel had no resteraunt or bar operational yet they advertise that they have one....the a/c never got our room under 75 degrees....I won't ever stay at a Hyatt again

I was very dissatisfied to find my bathroom shower dirty and not stocked with clean washcloths and towels. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service from the front desk staff person. I was told they would bring me a new shower curtain and that didn’t happen. I called down again at almost midnight and the person told me there were no more clean shower curtains so they were not going to bring me anything and I needed to wait in until the morning for my children to shower. I did not receive a phone call back from the front office staff as promised. 20 minutes later the maintenance man didn’t bring me a new shower curtain. It was very dissatisfied with the service I received from the front staff member the maintenance man was very helpful and try to problem solve with us.

Hotel is clean, room very clean. We were on 9th floor. Room was noisy! We could hear flushing toilets and water running in neighboring room and it was loud. Maybe coming from room above, not sure. Bed ok but only full size. Marriott hotels have queen beds in their double rooms. The 2 chairs were hard like rock. Huge wall tv, plenty of hot water in shower, good towels. Good coffee maker with tea and coffee provided. Breakfast was delicious but silly EXPENSIVE! Location excellent for visiting inner harbor which was purpose of our trip.
