1. Arrived at the property around 11:00 p.m. to be told that the room is not available because someone else get the room under my name! I asked the front desk how is that possible without proper ID to be told that it is not his fault. It took almost an hour of calls back and forth to Travelocity to resolve the issue. 2. I was told that the manager will be calling me in the morning and here we are 2 days later with no calls. 3. House cleaning knocked at our door in the morning and when they were told that it was still early and the family is still sleeping , the answer was: It is 9:00 o'clock, 4. The hallways and the room were very musty.

Hotel is in poor condition. Toilet was not properly working, room was ok, area was questionable. There was actually someone in the parking lot fighting with their boyfriend and turned and began yelling at us when we were just trying to get to our car to grab water. I will never stay at this location again. Also the people who run it, don't seem to care much about anything. Just hand them their money and move along.

The property was advertised as having a heated pool and free continental breakfast. The pool was not open and looked dirty - we were told it was closed for inspection. The carpets and furniture were worn. The breakfast had no tea, no bagels, muffins nor bread of any kind.

The property was what I would expect for what I paid. The room was clean, the breakfast was convenient, the pool was a little cloudy and slightly green. The staff wasn’t super friendly and the beds were firm. We felt safe and had no major concerns while there.

There was not 1 bottle of water in the entire place. The room had tile fall off in the bathroom and rusty fixtures.

The internet was weak…. We could handle that but there was also a roach spotted crawling from underneath the television….

The room was clean and nice with a comfortable bed. The problems came outside the room... There was a huge pile of mattresses outside in the parking lot. The halls smelled of cigarette smoke. An employee was walking around at breakfast drinking a Bud Light.

worst experience

Credit card was swiped for hotel room hold.. ended up being charged after my room was already paid for.. ending up having to wait 3-5 Business days for money to return but the money that was taken was needed for food and travel during my stay.. there was no accommodation by staff or management and this was by far the worst experience! My child was hungry and I didn't have money because it was taken off my card
