I wanted to take my beau to the inner harbor for his birthday, I really wanted something right on the harbor but all those hotels reviews weren’t too great. Indigo had the best reviews so I went with them, it is a 15min walk to the harbor but it was well worth it, gave us a chance to walk & talk see the downtown area, also get some cardio in. The hotel is nice clean & comfy, it has a bar & restaurant inside, we had breakfast and it was pretty good. I would def stay there again when visiting Baltimore.

Didn't like hauling heavy suitcases up several front steps. Offers across-(busy)street parking with daily rate plus additional daily cost each time car is driven out and back. Other than that rooms, passageways, and elevators were very clean, as was lobby and cafe/bar area. Check in was very quick.

check in was disappointing. i made arrangement a month in advance, and when i got here they couldn’t find my reservation. staff was very helpful and friendly about it.

The hotel is in a great location but the king suite we booked was not cleaned we'll at all. There were pills and popcorn on the floor under the sofa. A water bottle was on the floor. It just seem like it wasn't vacuumed of dusted. Additionally there was not garbage can in the rooms. We had ask for a garbage bag and service the room ourselves. Cool location but not worth the labor I had to put in to clean up. Nights as well booked an Airbnb.

Well located, very comfortable beds. Two things, though. There were no towel bars...one hook only...in the bathroom, so it was hard to hang towels for reuse. Second, some used room service stuff...plates, napkins, food debris etc.(or maybe it was guest takeout sat on a table near the 8th floor elevator for about 36 hours.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Always asking everyone if they can be helped in any way. before i booked - i wondering if hotel was too far from where we wanted to spend the day, but Uber was the way to go and get everywhere we needed. Parking deck super affordable! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Stayed in a corner room, all the windows and natural lighting was perfect.
