Went to check in, was told they cancelled my reservation due to no A/C. Sent me to another hotel 2 miles and said my room would be just like the one I reserved which was a 2 queen suite. Well that didnt happen, room was not the same. And they also charged my card even after they cancelled my reservation. And they still have not corrected the issue.

Good location. Room was large and comfortable. Staff very friendly. We decided to eat dinner at the restaurant. Very good.

Nice Hotel

Pros: The hotel itself was very nice and well staffed. We asked for extra blankets and received them right away. The restaurant was great.
Cons: The website needs to be corrected. It lists a pool and there is NO POOL.
Location: Location was about two and a half blocks from Inner Harbor..Very easy walk.,.lots to see and do. Many many great restaurants.
We were pleased with the hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the restaurant. BUT, extremely displeased with the fact that the website stated it had an indoor pool. We only stay at hotels with indoor pools..NO POOL..Important that management correct their website.

great hotel!

Just a few walking blocks from the Inner Harbor. The rooms were clean and spacious. Parking and check in/out were easy and smooth. The staff was beyond generous. Special shout-out to Kylie! Great experience.
