We came into Baltimore at rush hour and managed to get into hotel. Very surprised how nice property is. I know people afraid of Baltimore’s reputation for violence but I felt safe because of security around this area. We were able to walk to dinner last night and streets busy.

Close distance to CFG arena. Staff was very nice. Surrounding area was a little sketchy.

A great place conveniently located near the inner harbor and downtown. Very clean and well-maintained. We will stay here again for sure.

Went to check in, was told they cancelled my reservation due to no A/C. Sent me to another hotel 2 miles and said my room would be just like the one I reserved which was a 2 queen suite. Well that didnt happen, room was not the same. And they also charged my card even after they cancelled my reservation. And they still have not corrected the issue.
