The beauty of an heritage house from the 18e century, high ceiling, top quality bedroom construction and amenities. Everything is of a good taste.My room was like an apartment with a separate full kitchen, including a dishwasher, mini fridge, induction stove,… The bedding is outstanding with local 500 thread counts duvet cover….every single detail is stunning. Portuguese wine sampling for free everyday. At the reception, Tanya is making an additional big plus for this hotel. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring to make your stay a stunning one. I felt really home!

We loved our stay here! The hotel is beautiful, the staff was wonderful and super helpful. The little bar in the lobby with free wine and coffee was a nice touch. Its a good central area and it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see. We personally loved having the little kitchen in the room and we made some of our meals there. They brought up fresh bread and pastries every morning and it was fun to see what kind of pastry you got each morning. It didn't feel like you were staying at a hotel, it felt like you were staying at a friends house (but in a good way lol.) I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent accommodation in terms of space, equipment in the kitchenette and daily provision of fresh bread, custard tarts, eggs and yoghurts. Staff were absolutely wonderful - professional, informative, efficient and most of all friendly.
