The building is in a great part of downtown Louisville with easy access to restaurants. The room cleanliness was sub par. The room was not vacuumed and there was hair in the bathroom and on a pillow upon check-in.

Really liked the minimalist decor. Still very comfy but clean and modern. Especially like the floating table and loveseat instead of the office desk and chair. Would have liked to have had an extra blanket for sleeping but I wasn’t able to get the guest services to answer phone.

I reserved a king room with a shower with rain shower head. I was put in a room with a tub shower combo. Aggrevating to say the least. I should have gotten the room i reserved. I paid over $150 for that.

Mostly great stay. The property and room was very clean. The staff was great. The only negative was the breakfast. They offer a buffet for $16 a person. It was terrible. Potatoes were dry, pancakes were dry and crispy, meets were dry. Seems like everything had been sitting out for a long time. Head out for breakfast for a more affordable and palatable option.
