I was given a complimentary upgrade, and it was beautiful. I would not recommend the signature island view. I would choose either the ocean view or pool view.

Very friendly and available staff all over the resort. Very satisfied with staff that served on food and restaurants areas. Clean and renovated rooms. Compliments to the person responsible for managing the resort. The only thing I cannot give the maximum points is the area by the beach. Not enough chairs/umbrellas and people occupied them very early on the morning.

Great property. Very nice staff. Clean and great proximity to the beach. Also excellent that it is all inclusive! A few things I would change. Very limited activities after dinner. Some live music but unless you are a major drinker or gambler, nothing to do. Disappointed very much in the for myself and my 17 year old. First time visiting and not sure I would return.

I love the ease of getting from the airport to the resort. The fact that I felt safe the entire trip was key for me and it was on point. The resort itself was clean and the staff was very helpful and so pleasant. I truly felt like I was stress free while there. What stuck out to me the most was the resort was run down and the pool liner was coming off the bottom! Food was very good, I was so pleasantly surprised. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how they had the buffet set up. Glass over the food, served by gloved employees.
