The property was unprepared. The room was missing towels and backup toilet papers. Tables were dusty. It took them over an hour to fix everything and I had to keep going back and forth to the reception area.

I liked the location. The hotel need a complete renovation. The room rates are expensive for the condition of the hotel. The bath towels are worn and going to threads. Service for repairs and supplies such as toilet paper were very slow.The breakfast choices have decreased since my previous stay. This was my third and last stay at F 1 Hotel .It is sad; a great hotel is slowly dying.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND A PLACE TO SLEEP

Pros: The Manger, Miss. Meg Setiawan. After 2 months, when we stayed in the hotel the 2 end time, I told her we lost my ties in the hotel, she found them.
Cons: To have the plumber department to check the plumbing once a month to make sure things are safe etc. Our bathroom faucet was very loose they fixed it.
Location: Excellent location. Walking distance to big Markets and many Restaurants and Malls. Venice Plaza is one of the BEST place you do NOT want to miss.
The Hotel staff, provided us with excellent service. When we arrived, they picked up our luggages from the trunk and took them up to our hotel room. They fulfilled all our needs when we requested them. They were very friendly. I lost my very expensive and faivorette ties at the hotel. I was very dadened. Because one of the ties was a gift from my 2 sons. But thankful, the hotel staff found them in our room and turned it in to the lost and found department. I lost my ties in October 21. When we checked in again on December 25, 2017, the cleaning crow find and turned them in to the lost and found. The day Manager Miss Meg Setiawan helped us found them. And furthermore, she went the extra miles and gave us an excellent serive.

F1 Global City, Manila

Pros: Great location for our needs, easy to walk to local dining, in a new development close to the American Cemetery and airport.
Cons: Delivery of food to table was slower than it should have been and could stand improvement.
Location: In Global City, about 20-30 minutes from airport in normal traffic. Eating locations nearby.
F1 offered excellent accommodations close to the airport and the American Cemetery. The staff was helpful in arranging our transportation (group of five) to the port for the ferry to Corrigedor. Rooms were well appointed, clean, and quiet.
