First timer in this place. Walking distance to a lot of shops , restaurants and malls. Best of all is near the Greenbelt chapel.

Charter House is the BEST!!!
Charter House Hotel is by far the best hotel for everything, location, price, breakfast, staff. We stayed in Boracay hotels with a higher star rating and Charter House Hotel is by far better. I will only stay at Charter House Hotel!!

Good stay overall…
Had two incidents of poor nature but most staff were great including the location. Hence, supersedes the troubling matters experienced. We stayed or moved there because a dear friend was staying. I guess, it is what it is and you get what you pay for. We may not stay there again unless The Charter House (TCH) address the issues we experienced. We were happy at the Holiday Inn as always. All the best to TCH.
