Check in and check out times

There was some discrempancies on check out times. I originally booked for 3 nights. Had to book 1 additional night but since I checked in at 0100H I had to check out at 0100H on my 4th night. So I had to stay an additional 12hrs which I feel was considerably overcharged! Not to mention was awoken out of a dead sleep at 0100H to pay for the additional 12hrs stay...this is my first and last stay at victoria court.
