So clean, quiet and comfy. Slept great! Will always use Comfort Inn when i come to Marion Ohio.

Incomplete

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
We stayed two nights. The first evening check in was very chaotic and they were ill-prepared for arrivals. The next evening our bed had been partially made with our pillows tossed on the floor and the covers partially pulled up. No trash changed, no new bag for ice bucket. It was strange as though someone had rummaged through our items and left. We notified management but did not receive proper recognition of the concerns. The hotel is very noisy and busy.

Never Disapointed

I have stayed here many a night over the last 10 years. Never a disappointment, (except the time the pool was under renovation) and it is a good value for the money. The staff will do anything they can to make your stay a pleasant one. The breakfast is very good, and they keep it stocked with the items they have, not just a roll and coffee. I have tried other places but keep coming back to here.

Totally pleased with my experience here

Stayed 2 nights, July 17 & 18, '09. A very pleasant stay, start to finish. Very friendly staff. Evening front desk person provided accurate and helpful local dining guidance. Room and entire building and grounds pristinely clean and neat, spotless room. My compliments to the housekeeping staff! Most reasonable room rate. Climate control for room was quite quiet and accurate. Fresh towels, and beds made each day. Complimentary conti. breakfast and coffee/juice bar, coffee free 24/7 for guests in lobby. Nice small indoor pool and jacuzzi on first floor but didn't use it. Very comfortable queen-size bed. Building is located back from main highway, so was quiet and more secure. Walking distance to excellent restaurants. One small gripe, a common one for me,..... very limp, non-supportive bed pillows. But, I'll be back.
