A charming cottage with a vintage flare, situated on a quiet street with a beautiful view from the covered back porch. Large, fenced back yard perfect for dogs or even a horse! A one car carport with plenty of room for extra parking on the side. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dyer, TV with Roku, and wifi. Two full bedrooms and two floor pads (available upon request). A 30 minute drive to Turkey TX (home of Bob Wills and the annual Bob Wills' Day Celebration) and 45 minutes from Caprock Canyons State Park. Ideal place to break up your trip and unload equine for the night. If you're looking for a place to experience true authentic West Texas, this is the perfect place for you!
