The beach location was convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food buffet was not good at all. They did have some good dinner restaurants. Lots of kids and very loud. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is not the place. It was like being on a cruise ship without the ship. The all-inclusive for the drinks was worth it. Not for the food. There were a number of good restaurants that were close and very reasonably priced.

Third year we have stayed and it gets better each year. Service is phenomenal!! Place is clean, friendly, and accessible to many different types of activities

The only thing a didn’t like was that they never opened the safe in the room , it was lock ever since I got their.. but is the only hotel that i stay in Great overall

On the beach is nice. Food is mediocre. Front desk was more concerned about selling time shares than fixing a problem with a reservation.
