As soon as we got home we noticed bites on my husband’s and daughter’s legs from bed bugs! We thought at first when they felt itchy, that they were from mosquitoes but then we looked up bed bug bites and they matched identical. I called right away to alert the hotel, they didn’t seem surprised. We didn’t sleep that night we got back home, due to having to disinfect ALL of our belongings. We also had to take the next day off from work to continue cleaning everything that might be contaminated of bed bugs from this hotel. They refused a refund. I decided to ask for one because of the inconvenience of having to miss work. Will never stay here again, sad because it use to be our favorite.
