Most important, there is NO pool as reported on the Hotels.com and Expedia site. First day I noticed lots of loud families and noticed a family of six going into the room across and down one from me. The next day there was a family of seven going into one room with a lot of Whattaburger bags and I heard screaming kids/babies the whole time I was there. I thought it would be more of a professional/work hotel than a family place. In my first room, the a/c unit wouldn't shut off and the tv had a vertical bar running across the screen so I asked the manager if she could have it fixed, she said no problem. I came back six hours later and neither had been fixed. The night person said there wasn't anything that could be done until Monday so I had to switch rooms. Again, near a crying baby and family noises. A few hours later I went to close the blinds and there was no string. I had to use my fingers daily to open and close the slats the best I could. I did tell the front desk and again, nothing was done. The male front desk clerk was very responsive and tried to help. There are better options.
