We are happy to see that you enjoyed your time with us and that our housekeeping team did such a wonderful making sure your room was sparkling fresh and clean. . We're pleased that you found the in-room kitchen helpful but sorry to hear that our rooms did not provide you with the amenities you expected. We want guests to be able to choose only the amenities they want to use and we have found that many of our guests prefer to bring their own items, purchase at a local store, or find having kitchenware unnecessary. We also offer guests the option to buy a cookware or dining set at the Front Desk should that be of interest. We would welcome you back next time your future travel needs bring you this way.
