Friendly staff even after hours. Clean. However there is an extra charge to have kitchen utensils even though the rooms have kitchens. Only one luggage rack. Don’t expect to be able to use it at check out.

We're pleased that you found the in-room kitchen helpful but sorry to hear that our rooms did not provide you with the amenities you expected. We want guests to be able to choose only the amenities they want to use and we have found that many of our guests prefer to bring their own items, purchase at a local store, or find having kitchenware unnecessary. We also offer guests the option to buy a cookware or dining set at the Front Desk should that be of interest. We would welcome you back next time your future travel needs bring you this way.

I received a smoking room and I don’t smoke. My room’s bathroom was dirty. Phone is out of order in the room . I arrived late after a long day at my office. Too tired to complain. On a previous stay with this property there was no soap. I was Lucky I carry a travel soap.

Staff was extremely friendly rooms extremely comfortable walking in from a 110゚ heat the rooms were already air conditioned at a very chilling 65゚

Rooms was clean and spaceus in room kitchen was just right saved money on food close to shopping Walmart and other stores about 5-10min away staff was friendly and polite only complaint was that i only could watch like 4 channels on the tv due to that i needed a usb drive to connect to direct tv which the person that checked me didn't give me one but other than that i will stay there again in the future

Comfy stay

Very comfy, loved the accommodations, enjoy having a fridge, stove and microwave which cut my meal cost at almost more than half of my cost. Very accessible to the points I had to travel and to shopping centers.

Don't do it.

I booked a two double bed room non-smoking. I arrived there wasn't a room with two double beds in a non smoking room. I settled for one double bed and a sleeper sofa because check in was at 3 and didn't have time to look elsewhere. When it was bedtime, I pulled out the bed, it was broken and flimsy and slept terribly. There weren't enough towels. I complained and never was able to speak to a manager. Never ever again!

Do Not Stay here

This hotel almost ruined our visit to the Valley. They raised their rates even though we had a reservation, but travel online was GREAT they called and got the rate we had booked for. There is a sign on the hotel that gives the rate that we booked at, but yet when we look on internet it is $* higher and that is the price they tried to get us to pay. The hotel is clean but after that it is down hill. The guy at the desk was the worse example of customer service I have ever seen. There is very little light in the parking lot and no cameras. I guess you get what you pay for and you do not get very much with this hotel.
