The staff makes this hotel stand out. I was greeted perfectly at check in by a friendly female who gave me great info on my departure planned for 4am! Sure enough her tips were great and I was so impressed with the gentleman who assisted me with checkout. I was surprised that he had only been in the position for two weeks as he was most professional! He clearly loves his job. He gave me with a breakfast sandwich, and a milk even though I was many hours before official breakfast time. When I am through Big Springs again I plan to stay here again!

All good except no Kleenex Like that it was pet friendly, we had leaving Our little boy at home.
