It was a good hotel, but there was a lot of construction around the hotel and at night, you can hear the ambulance passing and loud noises

Rooms were okay, really could do with a freshen up. The bed wasn't comfortable, but better than other places I have stayed in Italy. The pizza was not nice at all, overcooked and bar drinks are quite expensive. Location didn't seem the best, like no nice restaurants around the area at all and a faff to get anywhere by public transport. Taps in the downstairs toilets were cold, when I used them before we left. Staff were helpful and we left our luggage on our last day when we went to the spa. This was definitely not as good as other 4 star places, I have been to some 3 star which are much better in fact and the room was very small.

We loved our stay at UP. It was my first time in Milan and the hotel was perfectly located. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were wonderful. Absolutely loved it and would stay again!
