The hotel was pet friendly and that was a big plus. I really appreciated the dog potty area at the back of the hotel (though it was out of potty bags). The hotel was very modern. Amenities in the room were great! The larger sized fridge in the room was appreciated. The breakfast bar was very nice and well supplied. The outdoor seating by the gas fire pit is a nice touch. The only suggestion I have is that even though I booked my trip through Travelocity, when I went to checkout, I asked the desk associate for a receipt. I wanted to check my bill before leaving. She said since I booked with Expedia, I would have a receipt from them. Well I booked with Travelocity and a customer should be able to see their bill when they leave, just in case there would be an incorrect charge to the room. I would definitely stay at this type of property again.

Overall, nice place. Beds were comfortable, room was big, etc. Walls were very thin though. Could hear some dogs barking in the rooms at night.

Unfortunately we do not have a hot tub, but we do have an agreement with our Hampton next door to allow our guests to enjoy their hot tub if you ever want to check that out. Finally a hotel with bigger rooms for larger families; a kitchen with sink, microwave, fridge, plates, and utensils; recycling; reusable dishes for the free breakfast; shampoo and soap in refillable containers (no more little plastic bottles). Would highly recommend staying at Home2 Suites. The only thing we wished was that disposable dishes wouldn't also be set out when reusable/washable dishes are also there for the free breakfast. People end up taking the disposable dishes instead! It would be better to only have the reusable/washable dishes and a sign that says "Disposable dishes are available. Please ask an attendant if needed."

Close to a Walmart. Convenient. Small breakfast but good. They had real berries! Clean lobby. It smelled like pee in the hallway. No hot tub.
