Nice hotel- very friendly staff!

Everything was great, the staff went out of the way to accommodate a late check out for us and they offered to bring a fridgebup to our room or we could put our leftovers In the hotel fridge (since they do not have refridgerators in the room.) Seriously, I highly recommend and we will be staying there again.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Location: Mall of America
When I arrived at the hotel, I had requested a roll away for my 13 yr old son to sleep on but there were no more roll away beds available so the hotel manager comped me an adjoining room for the night.

PERFECT!! 5 STAR!!!!

I have traveled a lot in the past 10 years. Mostly work but pleasure also. This hotel was the best. Like I remember a real 5 star hotel to be. Attentive staff. Well mannered and dressed. Beautiful modern cozy accommodations and the lobby was the nicest!! Big but cozy. Clean!! Watched the Cubbies Saturday night in lobby and room. We are in the lobby restaurant. The best breakfast ever. 15 per person but well worth it!! I enjoyed every minute. Hated to go. It was the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. It's how hotels used to be and should be. I don't know if it was refurbished or what. But I was impressed and it takes a lot to impress me. Plus, Starbucks in the lobby!!!!!!! If there was a fridge in the room, that would have been nice for leftovers but no biggie.
