Service in hotel no good. 5 days they clean the room once,and we had to plead before they respond. No food in hotel from sunday afternoon ontil tuesday morning.That hotel is terrible and miserable. You guyd going to loose buisness if you continue reccomend that hotel.

Front desk reception was away when we arrived. The toilet wasn't working in our room, but thankfully, we were offered a new room right across from the pool door. The new room had a used washcloth hanging on the shower rod. We were also awakened by construction. I wish we had been notified that was going on. As a family, we loved the pool/hot tub/sauna area. However, there were private swim lessons occuring for 4 hours in the afternoon/evening with rules for the hotel guests to not allow anything that might disrupt the lessons. We paid to stay at this hotel and use of amenities!
