Pretty good location! Among many nice things: - covered parking garage - you are greeted with... Espresso (or coffee or tea) - clean and nice smelling towels and linens NEGATIVE: Our bathroom had a bunch of hairs in the bathtub (gross)

Avoid this hotel

Pros: nothing
I thought this would be a convenient hotel as the parking garage is part of the property and it seemed to be close to the metro station and main shopping street. What I discovered was that it is set up as a welfare hotel with a number of permanent guests. The common areas were dirty with spilled beer in the elevators and a number of drunken guests in the lobby and outside at all hours. The was a lot of noise from the other guests and I did not sleep a bit. Avoid this hotel!

good value considering the cost of alternative housing in the area, was not that comfortable with the surrounding area at night (even with the police station across the street), hotel slightly dated with expensive on-sight parking (found street parking in nearby residential area - mind the parking restrictions)

Nice Hotel Close to Down Town

Pros: Close to Down Town
The hotel is located close to Down Town and close enough to walk to most places. Parking is expensive @ $25 per night. Friendly staff, rooms were nice, bathrooms were a little small.

Mixed review

The hotel itself was not bad at all; the staff were very helpful. We chose it because it was in the city and had a pool and gym. The buffet breakfast was overpriced. The thing that was not good at all was the courtesy of other guests. We were woken up 3 out of the 6 nights there from fights and/or parties in the hallways and other rooms. People knocked on our door and ran away and prank called our room several times. On our last night, there was a prom/graduation party and there were 100+ kids  running around the halls all night (from 11:30 pm well past 4:00 in the morning) and the staff could do nothing to quiet them down. They were on all floors of the hotel, drinking (and passing out, leaving beer bottles everywhere, causing damage, frightening guests), and also smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) in the rooms. Loud yelling and laughing and partying right in the halls! Supposedly the police were called, but they would not do anything about the commotion either. It was a night of no sleep and many useless complaints. Due to this incident, I would not be sure that I could trust staying there again. If the hotel staff cannot guarantee me a peaceful night of sleep (which is what I am paying for!), then why would I want to go back.
