Location was right were I needed to be! Friendly staff! For a very short stay with no need for frills it was a great value for the money.

With this hotel being linked in with other hotel chains like Holiday Inn and Quality Inn. I thought the room would be as nice as those hotels but it wasn't. The shower head had too much force and I was not able to adjust the water that was coming out of the shower head. The bathroom was very small. The breakfast did not compare to the breakfast you would receive at Holiday Inn or Quality Inn. The top of the bathroom sink was chipped up. The blankets had holes. The room service was very good. The people at the front desk were very helpful.

Room wasn't clean, had to wait until about 4pm after the fact, was there at 2:38pm to let them know we were there and left , because check- in time is 3. Came back at 3:40 pm and room was still a mess.Went up front and requested another room.Done drove 4 hours and waited about a hour and half to get a room.Made reservation. In MARCH.The staff didn't seem to care if we got in a room or not. They left stuff in the room that needed to be thrown away from the other person who was there.The Ice Machine wasn't working and they left the door to the room open, while they went to get stuff, with my stuff in there.....The Say we are short handed. Well it's not my fault.

Nice hotel

Staff was rude but over all it was a great room. Carpets turned our feet black after 20 minutes though.
